Sunshine Stephens brings a unique perspective to her work, combining her background in property management with her recently completed master’s degree in marriage and family therapy. She has honed her ability to manage complex interpersonal dynamics, resolve conflicts, and build supportive communities. Now, Sunshine uses these skills to help couples, families, and individuals in therapy.
Sunshine works with couples, families, and individuals including children ages 6+, teens, and adults. She helps people as they navigate life’s transitions and mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Sunshine has a particular interest in working with older adults to address challenges related to aging, relationships, and personal growth.
Sunshine’s work is inclusive, as she is dedicated to creating a supportive and empowering therapeutic environment for clients of all backgrounds.
