Amy Racki, LPC-IT

Psychotherapist

I believe our experiences and relationships shape who we are, yet every individual has the capacity to move toward wholeness.

As a therapist, I provide a safe, supportive space to explore life transitions, mental health challenges, and wellness-related goals. My role is to help you uncover and embrace all aspects of yourself, leveraging your strengths to guide you toward your most authentic and fulfilled life.

My passion for wellness, work-life balance, and spiritual formation allows me to support clients seeking greater health and wholeness in their lives.

Working With Amy

Amy brings a unique perspective to her work, combining her background in business with her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. She has experience in both community mental health and private practice settings, working with individuals facing significant trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, and spiritual challenges.

While all HEART Counseling clinicians use a trauma-informed approach to our work, Amy has a particular focus on helping those who have endured crises or natural disasters. You can learn more about Amy and her journey to the mental health field here in her intro blog post.
