Finding Balance Within Your Circle
We are all part of a larger story—shaped by our work, our friendships, our families, and even the pets who greet us at the door. These systems enrich our lives, but they can also become heavy. When the patterns that used to protect you start to hold you back, it can be hard to know where the first step toward change lies.
I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate these shifts.
My approach is trauma-informed and strengths-based, rooted in the belief that you already possess the tools for your own healing; sometimes, we just need to clear the path. With personal and professional experience in grief, adoption, and disability advocacy, I offer a space that is deeply empathetic to the complexities of modern family life.
I bring a blend of calm, warmth, and a bit of humor to our sessions. Outside the therapy room, I find my own “reset” in the outdoors and through my practice as a former yoga instructor—values of mindfulness and movement that I weave into our work together.
Let’s release what no longer serves you and find what does.
