Amberly Stevens, MFT-IT
I am an MFT-IT with experience seeing clients from many walks of life!
I am a systems thinker and understand that all aspects of life are connected. I believe mental health is multifaceted, and many different things impact mental health. I can help you explore many different parts of life in order to work together to understand, process, and heal.
I believe that all emotions are important information about our inner experience, and that all parts of ourselves are worthy and good, even the parts that feel hard to work with. I keep curiosity at the forefront of my work and want to understand your individual experience.
My biggest hope is to be a safe space for you to get to know yourself better, and support you through your healing journey. I look forward to working with you.

My experience includes working with people with depression and anxiety disorders, complex-PTSD and trauma, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I also enjoy working with people around faith transitions or other spiritual/religious processing, attachment wounds, and parenting support.
I approach my work with a trauma lens and I am IFS-informed (Internal Family Systems or Parts work).
I work with teens as young as 12, young adults, and adults in individual therapy. I also work with couples and am certified in Gottman Level 1 and 2.
