Julie Jensen, LMFT
Psychotherapist and AAMFT Clinical Fellow & Approved Supervisor
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist trained to see the systems of which we are all a part: work, friends, family, partners, even our pets. These very systems are what influence and enrich our lives. But sometimes, we realize that some adjustments need to be made, but we might not know where to begin.
I’m here to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families, as they navigate through those times in life to release what used to work for them and find new things that do.
I find immense healing in being outdoors and using my training as a yoga instructor. I am a trauma-informed, strengths-based therapist with experiences in grief, adoption, and special needs parenting.
From those experiences, I bring a mixture of calm and warmth with a little bit of humor into the therapy space. I’m here to support you in whatever you need for healing and new beginnings.

The clients that I work with most are couples, young adults, teens, the LGBTQIA+ community, and women in the middle of their lives.
