Exploring and Developing Healthy Boundaries for Teens

Being a teenager is an exciting and also challenging time. With school work, friends, family, relationships, activities, jobs, and the addition of an abundance of technology, life can feel overwhelming! Developing an awareness of healthy boundaries and taking steps to put these boundaries into place can support healthier and happier teens.

This 7-week small group is designed to explore topics such as:

  • What are boundaries?
  • What happens when I don’t set boundaries?
  • Where in my life can I set boundaries?
  • How do I communicate my boundaries?

The course will also explore the importance of boundaries within friendships, relationships, family members, and technology.

The course is designed for high schoolers between the ages of 14-18 and will meet weekly for 90 minutes between 6:30 – 8:00pm starting October 3rd through November 21st. The group will not meet on 10/31. While we anticipate attendees may have some conflicts, we ask that group members commit to attending as many sessions as possible.

Teaching teens the value and importance of boundaries is a worthwhile investment that will serve them for the rest of their lives! We hope to see you there!
